Order details: your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and what you ordered.
Messages: anything you send us through our contact form or social media.
Newsletter: your email address, if you join the list.
Browsing data: your device, browser, IP address and the pages you visit, collected through cookies.

Orders are paid cash on delivery, so we never receive card details.

How we use it

To deliver your order and contact you about it.
To handle refunds and exchanges.
To answer your messages.
To send you new drops, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep the site working, secure and free of fraud.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the store:

Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout. Shopify handles your information under its own Consumer Privacy Policy, and you can make requests to Shopify through its privacy portal.
Our delivery company, which needs your name, address and phone number to bring your order.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires, and everything else only for as long as we need it.
